SIGAY FEST:Decorated motorized fishing bancas join the fluvial parade in last January 26 at kickstart ceremony of the Sigay Festival in Binmaley town.The festival coincides with the town’s 421st founding anniversary celebration. The fluvial parade was held at the now clean river system in the town which the provincial government helped clean as part of its clean up drive of river systems and waterways in the province which started in July last year.CSRamirez
